Forms
Using the application, staff request and contact forms, you can write to us directly on this website. Your details are transferred to our web server in encrypted form and forwarded from there by e-mail to Anastasiia Velykodanová so that we can answer your enquiry.
- Data
- What you enter – depending on the form, for example name, phone number, e‑mail‑address, message, desired job, sector, region, availability, working hours, company, contact person, number of people sought, place of work, period or your request – as well as documents you attach. In addition, the language and the page from which you send the form.
- Process
- The web server immediately sends your details by e-mail to Anastasiia Velykodanová’s mailbox. Form contents and attachments are neither stored nor logged on the web server.
- Protection against misuse
- To prevent the forms from being misused for spam, the web server briefly counts how often forms are sent from the same IP‑address. For this purpose the IP‑address is kept only in memory, for at most 15 minutes. An invisible field and a minimum time for filling in the form detect automated submissions: clear cases are discarded, suspicious ones are forwarded to us with a note.
- Alternative route
- If sending via the website is not possible at the moment, the form offers to let you send your details yourself via WhatsApp or e-mail. In that case the section “Contact by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp” applies.
- Purpose
- Processing your application or enquiry, preparing a placement and replying to you. No newsletter.
